West End debut: 1946
Revival: Opened at the National Theatre in 1992 (won three Olivier awards)
Transferred to the Aldwych Theatre (1993 – 1995)
Then opened on Broadway
International tour across Australia & USA
West End return: 1995, running for 6 years
West End again: 2010 in the Novello Theatre
Transferred to the Wyndham’s Theatre for an extended run.
The show has also enjoyed six major national tours, in 1992, 1995, 1999, 2000, 2003, 2005, 2009, 2011-12 and most recently in 2015-16. 
This production of An Inspector Calls is the longest running revival of a play in history, seen by over 3 million theatregoers worldwide.

Returns to the West End in 2016 at the Playhouse Theatre (2016 – 25th March 2017)
