See also ELTEC which was the brainchild of Phil Snowdon, however prior to that he was involved with Contel and Thespak. These two later merged to become Contel Thespak in Stroud. For a short while they merged with CCT but that was very short lived. Thespak were the original designers and manufacturers of the Mark 1 Strand Mini II dimmers.
