Source Four Parnel
Cross between a Parcan and a Fresnel.
The beam can be adjusted slightly more than a Parcan.
From ETC website:

Featuring a patented wave-lens design and easy focusing knob, the PARNel lets you quickly access a range of 25º-45º - a smooth, soft, symmetrical field that you can spot or flood as needed."
The focus knob can be found on the bottom of the lantern.
It produces a nice soft-edged beam.
